Welcome to Storix (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read this User Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using Storix. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
1. Storix provides creative tools such as photo capture, background removal, stickers, text editing, and freeform layout editing to help users record, organize, and showcase their personal collections or creative ideas.
2. All content created within Storix is user-generated. You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, edit, or share through the App.
3. We may periodically update or modify features and functionalities, and such updates will be announced via version releases or official notifications.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
1. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload within Storix, provided that such content does not infringe upon third-party rights.
2. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services (e.g., backup, syncing, or preview display).
3. You represent and warrant that your uploaded content does not violate any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights. You are fully responsible for any claims arising from your content.
1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. When you use features such as camera capture or image editing, Storix may request access to your camera or photo library. These permissions are used solely for the specific functions you initiate.
3. Except as required by law or explicitly authorized by you, we will not disclose your personal data to any third party.
1. Storix serves as a creative tool and does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of user-generated content.
2. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, system maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances such as network failures or force majeure events.
3. We recommend users regularly back up their creative works and data to prevent accidental loss.
1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of our services for maintenance or operational reasons. Users will be notified through official channels or in-app announcements.
2. If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws, we may restrict or terminate your access to Storix without prior notice.
If you are under 18 years old, please use Storix under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Guardians are responsible for reviewing and consenting to this Agreement.
1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict of law principles).
2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in the location of the App’s operating company.
Note: Please ensure you have read and understood this Agreement before using Storix. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please uninstall the App and discontinue its use immediately.
